No-Show Policy

In order to better serve all of our valued clients and ensure that appointment slots are utilized effectively, Sami G’s has implemented a 50% no-show fee for any appointments that are not canceled at least 24 hours in advance. This change is necessary to help Sami G’s maintain the quality of services and accommodate the needs of all our clients.

This fee will either be charged to your card on file or added to your next scheduled appointment for you to pay at the time of checkout. Additionally, after 3 no-shows, clients may be subject to being blocked from the online scheduling system.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and will always strive to be accommodating. However, consistent no-shows or last-minute cancellations can disrupt our overall service schedule and prevent other clients from booking appointments.
